Peak Performance: Harnessing the Power of Resilience and Flexibility

Building resilience and flexibility is all about understanding and managing the things that cause us to feel stressed and overwhelmed. In this highly interactive and engaging course, participants will be introduced to the Unleash Your Full Potential™ Framework which guides them through the fundamentals of a proven four step Resilience Model designed to provide them with a basic understanding of the building blocks of resilience and flexibility. This course guides participants through numerous exercises that maximize their experiential learning and take-home value. This course will also illuminate the essential and foundational tools that enable participants to productively embrace, change, uncertainty and challenging situations. Course participants will also be equipped with practical strategies they can use on a daily basis to better understand their own emotional state in order to recover and bounce back from adversity while feeling stronger and more capable than before.
